Annual Report

The report presents fiscal year 2023 results alongside a dedicated Sustainability Report 2023. It reports a 5% absolute reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions, energy use of 56'173 MWh, 22% group-wide renewable electricity, and a 50% 2027 intensity-reduction target. The company also reports 3'243 FTEs, 33.3% women on the Board, and no fatal accidents. PwC provided limited assurance over selected sustainability indicators.
