Responsible Business Report

The report describes Burness Paull's 2025 responsible-business progress across people, planet, purpose and policy, including 700 employees and £93.5m annual turnover. Environmental highlights include 100% renewable electricity, zero Scope 1 emissions, a 20.8% reduction in carbon footprint from the FY23 baseline and total energy consumption of 1,570.68 MWh. It sets out near-term reduction targets of 50% for Scopes 1 and 2 and 42% for Scope 3 by 2030, alongside a net-zero ambition for 2050. It also highlights social-mobility and inclusion initiatives, the Pathways Pledge, community partnerships and £59.5k donated to 29 charities in 2025.
