Annual Report

The report presents 2023 as a year of strong recovery and expansion for the company, with revenue of €583.7 million and 107 million passenger journeys. It highlights Ireland's first electric bus network in Athlone, delivering over 530,000 emission-free kilometres and eliminating over 400,000kg of tailpipe CO2 emissions. The company also achieved a 93% customer satisfaction score, 72% employee engagement and the Business Working Responsibly sustainability mark. Its Sustainability Committee met five times to review progress against targets, and the company completed an initial IRO and Double Materiality Assessment.
