Annual Report & Financial Results

The report describes 2021 Group production of 3,592 mtV and revenue of US$106.9 million, alongside improved safety performance with zero workplace fatalities and a lower injury frequency rate. It introduces a comprehensive ESG strategy supported by a materiality assessment covering the Group's core operating holdings, while excluding Lemur Holdings. The report also highlights construction of the BELCO electrolyte plant and development of a 3.5 MW solar PV plus 1 MW/4 MWh VRFB mini-grid at Vametco. The Group employed 736 people at the end of December 2021.
