Overview

The report describes BXP's achievement of carbon-neutral operations for Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions as of December 31, 2024. It also introduces new 2030 intensity targets, including a 74% Scope 1 and 2 reduction target and a 58% Scope 3 reduction target. Renewable energy consumed reached 456,102 MWh, while women represented 27% of the Board and 47% of all employees. DNV independently provided limited assurance over selected 2024 sustainability performance data.
