Overview

The report explains the Group's ESG governance and materiality processes, with the Board retaining overall responsibility for ESG matters. Environmental disclosures include FY2025 Scope 1, location-based Scope 2 and partial Scope 3 emissions, and a new FY2030 target to reduce total GHG emissions intensity from a FY2025 baseline. The Group reported 168 employees and no work-related fatalities during the reporting period, while continuing policies and training covering employment, safety, privacy, anti-corruption and community engagement.
