Sustainability Report

The report presents Cadence's 2018 sustainability activities across workforce, data privacy and security, environmental sustainability, governance and innovation. It highlights a global workforce of more than 7,500 employees and reports that 92% of surveyed employees are proud to work at Cadence. Environmental actions include energy-conservation measures, reuse and recycling programs, and electric-vehicle charging stations at several facilities. The report also states that the Board has direct oversight of environmental, social, and governance topic areas.
