Sustainability Report

The report describes Cadence's 2020 sustainability progress, including a 15% Scope 1 and 2 emissions reduction target by 2025 against a 2019 baseline. It reports 5,951 metric tons of Scope 1 emissions, 28,783 location-based and 21,204 market-based Scope 2 emissions, and 422,027 Scope 3 emissions. The report also highlights approximately 8,800 employees, women representing 30% of the Board of Directors, and reporting in accordance with the GRI Standards Core option. Cadence states that it did not seek external assurance.
