Annual Report

The report presents Cairn's 2021 sustainability agenda across People, Homes and Places, alongside delivery of 1,120 homes across 16 developments. It highlights formal adoption of a Biodiversity Policy and biodiversity assessments across 100% of sites. On climate, the company measured Scope 1 and 2 emissions and committed to setting SBTi-aligned targets, while target-setting and Scope 3 measurement remained in progress.
