Annual Report

The report describes Cairn's strong 2025 performance, including revenue of €944.6m and delivery of 2,365 units. It highlights a 71.6% reduction in combined Scope 1 and 2 emissions from the 2019 baseline and continued progress toward renewable energy use. Passive House construction reached more than 3,000 unit commencements to date, supporting lower energy demand and emissions. The report also records 50% female representation on the Board at the end of 2025.
