Annual Report

The report describes a strong first year of CaixaBank's 2025-2027 strategic cycle, with sustainability positioned as a core growth pillar and more than EUR 46 billion mobilised in sustainable finance during 2025. It reports a year-end Group workforce of 47,120 employees, including 40% women on the Board and 44% women in management positions. The report also provides extensive ESRS-based sustainability information, covering climate change, own workforce, affected communities, customers, governance, sustainable finance and cybersecurity. CaixaBank reports a 2050 net-zero commitment, detailed 2030 portfolio decarbonisation targets, and limited assurance of the NFIS and sustainability information by PwC.
