Integrated Annual Report

The report presents a 70th-anniversary year focused on building social value, serving 4,112,084 individual members, and advancing financial inclusion, sustainable tourism, and gender equity. It committed to net zero by 2040 and reported a 2023 corporate carbon footprint of 11,362.17 tCO2e. The report also introduced a double materiality assessment, disclosed extensive workforce and safety indicators, and linked benefits to 10 Sustainable Development Goals. Selected sustainability indicators and the carbon footprint were independently subject to limited assurance.
