Annual Report

The report records a fifth consecutive year of record-high sales and income in fiscal 2014, alongside expansion of its overseas business. Female managers represented 14.3% in fiscal 2014, up from 5.9% in fiscal 2010, and the company set a 30% female-manager target for 2020. The report also sets group targets for 2021 to reduce the CO2 emissions rate by 11% from fiscal 2010 and reduce waste and wastewater discharge rates by 30%.
