Overview

The report presents Calgro M3's 2013 performance as a growing integrated housing developer, with more than 5,000 job opportunities created and continued expansion across South African provinces. It reports zero workplace fatalities and serious injuries for employees and subcontractors. The sustainability programme covers economic, environmental and social priorities, including stakeholder engagement, energy-efficient housing, water harvesting, biodiversity protection and waste-reduction initiatives. Calgro M3 Land also became a signatory to the UN Global Compact during the period.
