ESG Report

The report is Calian's inaugural ESG report and describes its early work to embed ESG into the business. It presents an emissions inventory for the reporting period October 2021 to March 2022, reporting 1,343 t CO₂e for Scope 1 and 329 t CO₂e for Scope 2, while noting that Scope 3 refinement will be disclosed in future years. The report also describes Board and Governance and Risk Committee oversight of ESG and reports 45% female representation across the global workforce.
