Annual Report

The report presents the Group’s first consolidated sustainability statement prepared under ESRS, based on a double materiality assessment and covering its consolidated subsidiaries. It reports 2025 energy consumption of 8,706 MWh, gross Scope 1, location-based Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions, and describes a 2026-2028 sustainability plan that includes a 1% annual Scope 1 and 2 emissions-reduction target against a 2024 baseline. It also reports 2,244.72 tonnes of waste generated, calculated from the disclosed hazardous and non-hazardous totals, and a workforce of 562 employees. The Group reports that its Scope 3 total was 63,503 tCO2eq and describes resource-circularity initiatives, including recycled paper use.
