The report describes Camanchaca's 2016 recovery to consolidated revenue of US$ 488 million and profit of US$ 13.6 million despite severe El Niño and harmful algae bloom impacts. It highlights the company's response that diverted fish mortalities to fishmeal, fish oil and authorized landfills, alongside fourth-star BAP certification across the salmon value chain and BAP certification for mussel operations. Sustainability efforts included the Friendly Camanchaca initiative, which reached more than 100 thousand people through community, environmental and healthy-living activities.
