Overview

The report presents Camellia Group's Custodianship philosophy across governance, social and environmental activities. The company created a £2m Chairman's Fund to keep important environmental and social projects operating during difficult market conditions. Its environmental programme reports a 4.3% reduction in total energy consumed from 2018 and tracks Group Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions. Social initiatives include health, education, housing and diversity programmes, with 37,536 women employed across Group operations.
