The report explains how the company integrated corporate responsibility into five priorities: client service, people, supply chain, communities and environmental impact. It reports 29,300 employees at the end of February and overall employee retention of 82%, while highlighting the first stage of its Diversity Action Plan. Supplier responsibility included auditing 41% of suppliers and increasing environmentally responsible paper purchases to 58% in 2007. Environmental highlights include an 8% energy-use reduction across 18 sites and a measured carbon footprint of 58,523 tonnes of CO2.
