Corporate Responsibility Summary Report

The report describes Capita's 2008 corporate responsibility performance across its 36,300-person workforce, including diversity, training, safety and employee engagement. It highlights £1.1m of total community investment and Group-wide volunteering, alongside community partnerships in the UK and India. Environmental highlights include a 64,611 tonnes of CO2 direct carbon footprint and an 18.3% reduction in energy use at the 18 largest sites.
