Overview

The report describes Capita's 2010 sustainability strategy, governance and five priority impact areas. It reports a workforce of 37,000 and two work-related fatalities, covering an employee and a subcontractor. The Group's total carbon footprint was 81,112 tonnes CO~2~eq, while carbon intensity fell 1.7% across the Group. Capita also participated in CDP for the fourth consecutive year and ranked joint sixth in the Carbon Disclosure Leadership Index.
