Corporate Responsibility Report

The report reviews Capita's 2014 corporate responsibility activity across communities and clients, employees, suppliers and resource efficiency. It highlights £2.2m of community investment and £17m invested in employee training. Group carbon emissions were 139,672 tonnes CO2eq across Scopes 1, 2 and 3, while Scopes 1 and 2 emissions decreased to 84,103. The report also records the introduction of a formal human rights policy covering all operations.
