Responsible Business Report

The report presents Capita's 2019 responsible business strategy around social mobility, digital access, inclusion and environmental impact. It reports 91,677.27 tonnes of location-based carbon emissions and 61,149 employees, alongside initiatives including support for young people and employee directors on the Board. The report also identifies five material issues and describes ExCo and Board governance for the strategy. Selected GHG emissions data received limited assurance.
