Overview

The report presents Capital A's 2021 group-wide sustainability performance across airlines and newer digital businesses. It reports 392,942 tCO2e of total Scope 1 emissions, 2,979 tCO2e of Scope 2 emissions, 38,943 m3 water consumption and 14,778 employees. Governance was strengthened through Board oversight and an expanded Risk Management and Sustainability Committee, alongside a comprehensive materiality assessment and TCFD alignment. Social highlights include zero work-related fatalities and 10,053 Allstars completing anti-human-trafficking training.
