Integrated Annual Report

The report describes Capital A's 2025 transformation following the disposal of its aviation business and the formation of a five-company non-airline portfolio. It reports total GHG emissions of 7,010,807 tCO2e, water consumption of 170,942 m3, and 23% of generated waste diverted from disposal. The Group maintained zero fatalities and reported 17% women on the Board. Sustainability oversight is assigned ultimately to the Board of Directors, supported by the Risk Management and Sustainability Committee.
