Global Sustainability Report

The report describes CapitaLand's FY2012 global sustainability performance across more than 20 countries. It reports 813,072 MWh of total energy consumption, 0.6% renewable electricity, and 465,045 tonnes of total carbon emissions, while energy intensity fell 11.7% from the 2008 baseline. The people section reports 52 average training hours per employee and zero staff work-related fatalities; community programmes included more than S$4 million donated by CapitaLand Hope Foundation. The report uses a GRI content index and includes limited independent assurance by Ere-S Pte Ltd.
