Overview

The report is the Group's sixth ESG Report, covering the year ended 31 March 2022 and its restaurant, food, hotel, and property investment and development businesses in China and Hong Kong. It reports 13,188,694 kg of carbon dioxide equivalent in total greenhouse gas emissions, together with 22,649,910 kWh of total energy consumption and 451,745 m3 of total water consumption. The workforce comprised 1,644 staff; the Group recorded 16 industrial accidents, all minor work injuries, and reported no work-related fatalities in the past three years. The report also records 8,789 hours of training and assigns total responsibility for ESG management strategies and reporting to the Board.
