Annual Financial Report

The report presents Cassa Centrale Group's strongest financial performance since formation, including EUR 871 million in net profit and consolidated equity of EUR 8.2 billion. The company ended 2023 with 12,016 employees and continued Group-wide initiatives on training, inclusion, well-being and ESG awareness. Sustainability was formalised through the 2023-2026 Sustainability Plan, structured around five areas: Environment, Communities and Shareholders, ESG Governance, People, and Customers. The report also describes the integration of climate and environmental risks into the Group's risk-management framework.
