Consolidated Sustainability Report

Overview

The report presents the Cassa Centrale Group's 2025 consolidated sustainability performance under ESRS and CSRD requirements, using a Double Materiality analysis to address climate change, resource use, workforce, communities, consumers, business conduct and data security. It reports 12,580 employees, 91,549 MWh of total energy consumption with 61.0% from renewable sources, and 29,632,067 tCO2eq of gross Scope 3 emissions, primarily financed emissions. The report also highlights the Group's extensive local-community initiatives, responsible lending and workforce inclusion programmes. Deloitte & Touche S.p.A. provided limited assurance over the consolidated sustainability report.
