The report describes Cathay Financial Holdings' 2016 sustainability governance through four Corporate Sustainability Committee meetings. It notes that the Group was selected for the DJSI Emerging Markets index for a second consecutive year. The Group also set a goal to complete a GHG inventory covering 434 operational sites in Taiwan and reduce carbon emissions by 5% by 2021 from a 2016 base year.
