Annual Report

The report presents the Group's 2016 Sustainable Development Review, including an ISO14001-based environmental management system and annual external and internal audits. It reports that overall greenhouse gas emissions data were reviewed by an external auditor. The company also highlights biofuel use on A350 delivery flights, supplier information collection through Sedex, surplus-food donations and community programmes.
