ESG & Sustainability Report

The report presents CCE's 2023 ESG performance through a Scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG inventory, TCFD-aligned climate-risk disclosures and ongoing EU Taxonomy and UN Global Compact reporting. The company reported a workforce of 164 people, 40% women across the workforce, and employee engagement of 82%. ESG data collection was expanded through in-house software, while the GRESB score rose to 80/100. The report also highlights biodiversity initiatives, community programs and governance measures supporting sustainability integration.
