Environment and Climate Change Report

The report describes Cellnex's 2020 group-level carbon footprint inventory, including a complete Scope 3 screening across eight countries and market-based GHG emissions of 303,818.84 t CO2 Eq. It highlights a 39% reduction in GHG emissions/annual income versus 2019 and sets 50% and 100% carbon-footprint reduction commitments for 2030 and 2050. Governance was strengthened through the Appointments, Remuneration and Sustainability Committee and an ESG Executive Committee. The report also documents an Energy Transition Plan targeting 100% renewable group energy by 2025.
