Integrated Annual Report

The report presents Cellnex's 2025 transition from its completed 2021-2025 ESG Master Plan to a new Sustainability Master Plan 2030, with revised science-based and net-zero targets validated by SBTi. It reports 1,421,442 MWh of total energy consumption, including 1,408,946 MWh from renewable sources, and gross Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions of 5,137, 28 and 603,073 tCO2e, respectively. The workforce totalled 2,511 employees, with women representing 32%, while the Board comprised 40% female directors. The report also provides ESRS-aligned double materiality, EU Taxonomy, climate-risk, biodiversity, workforce and business-conduct disclosures.
