Sustainability Report

The report describes Cembra's 2020 sustainability performance across customer orientation, responsible financing, people and development, environmental stewardship and business integrity. Cembra joined the UN Global Compact, mapped six priority SDGs, and established Board and Sustainability Committee oversight. It reported 357 CO2 tons of Scope 1 emissions and 22 CO2 tons of Scope 2 emissions at headquarters, while Scope 3 reporting was limited to business air travel. Workforce initiatives included the Dialogue system, a 71% trust index, and an equal-pay analysis audited by KPMG.
