Annual Report

The report describes a difficult 2010 marked by the CentralWorld fire, prolonged closure, renovation, and phased reopening. It also reports a restructured sustainability governance model led by a Sustainability Management Committee headed by the President & CEO. The workforce total reached 2,823 employees, while environmental initiatives included energy conservation and ISO 14001:2004 certification across four projects.
