The report highlights continued retail expansion, with three new greenfield shopping centers opened and an acquired Phuket project in 2015, alongside asset enhancements. The company reports its second consecutive year of inclusion in the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices Emerging Markets. Its sustainability work included ten missions spanning tenant and community development, energy efficiency, and greenhouse-gas reduction, as well as energy-saving measures across 25 shopping centers.
