Overview

The report presents CTI's 2023 group-wide ESG performance across governance, climate, resources, employees and community. It reports 146,005.91 tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent in operational emissions, including Scope I, II and III totals. CTI reports 13,021 regular employees, 100% training coverage and 20.07 average training hours per FTE. It also describes board-level ESG oversight and a double-materiality process.
