Corporate Responsibility Report

The report covers Centrica's global corporate responsibility performance for 2008 and reports, for the first time, consumption and emissions data from all global operations. It discloses consolidated Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 totals under the GHG Protocol, including 23,309,762 TCO2e of Scope 3 emissions. The company also reports Group-wide employee commitment of 57%, up four percentage points from 2007, and describes external assurance by Corporate Citizenship.
