Overview

The report describes Centrica's 2013 corporate responsibility performance across customers, environment, people and partners. The company reported 7,146,412 tonnes of CO2 equivalent emissions and a 19% reduction since 2007 in its internal carbon footprint. It supported more than 1.8m vulnerable UK households and reported total community contributions of £392.4m. Safety performance included zero fatalities, while the Lincs offshore wind farm became fully operational.
