In 2017, total carbon emissions fell by 19% to 4,103,348tCO2e, while the Group expanded distributed energy, battery storage and demand-response capabilities. Responsible-business disclosures cover vulnerable customers, workforce diversity, training, communities and supplier sustainability screening. Selected non-financial KPIs, including GHG emissions and safety data, received limited assurance from PwC.
