The report presents Centrica's 2019 repositioning as an energy services and solutions provider focused on helping customers transition to a lower-carbon future. It introduced 15 global 2030 Responsible Business Ambitions spanning customers, climate change, colleagues and communities. The report records a 31% year-on-year increase in total carbon emissions, reports global Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, and sets a net-zero-by-2050 ambition. It also reports workforce, diversity and safety performance, including zero fatalities.
