Overview

The report presents the Group's 2025 ESG performance across its major business segments and operations. It reports Scope 1 emissions of 60.01 Tonnes of CO2e, location-based Scope 2 emissions of 302.39 Tonnes of CO2e, and partial Scope 3 emissions of 5.85 Tonnes of CO2e covering Categories 1 and 5. Total energy consumption was 838.56 MWh and the Group had 45 employees at 31 December 2025. The Board retains ultimate oversight responsibility for ESG and climate-related strategic initiatives.
