Overview

The report describes Ceres' 2022 progress in scaling fuel-cell and electrolysis technology, including a first 100kW electrolyser module on test and £58m deployed across R&D, test and manufacturing. The company grew its workforce to 570 people and reported £22.1m revenue. Sustainability reporting expanded through the inaugural standalone Sustainability Report, formalisation of a Board-level ESG Committee, and SECR-verified Scope 1, 2 and limited Scope 3 emissions. Ceres also reports ISO 14001 certification and a commitment to the UN Global Compact's Ten Principles.
