Sustainability Report

The report covers Ceres' 2023 sustainability performance, including £22.3 million of revenue, 14,846 tonnes CO2e of total carbon emissions, 9,411.0 MWh of energy consumption and 100% renewable electricity. Ceres reports zero Scope 2 emissions, achieved zero waste to landfill at its Horsham and Redhill sites, and maintained ISO 14001 certification. Governance was strengthened through a Board ESG Committee overseeing sustainability targets and KPIs, while the workforce included almost 600 employees and the Board gender split was 50% female.
