Sustainability Targets

The report sets 2024 environmental targets, including a 5% reduction in its carbon footprint and reductions in electricity, heat, and gas consumption. It also targets increasing the proportion of women in top and senior management from 28% to 32%, alongside greater representation of people with disabilities. Governance targets include preparing for CSRD non-financial reporting and increasing branches with barrier-free access from 53% to 57%.
