Social Responsibility Report

Overview

The report presents ČSOB's 2018 social responsibility program across philanthropy, education, community support, and environmental action. It reports total CSR expenditure of CZK 50.3 million and support for 112 non-profit organisations through the ČSOB Helps Regions program. Financial education activities involved 345 ambassadors, 141 schools, 13,861 pupils, and 527 lessons. Environmental initiatives included a 177-tonne reduction in waste generation, renewable electricity purchases, geothermal heating and cooling, and a 92,000 kWh electricity reduction from LED lighting.
