Social Responsibility Report

Overview

The report describes ČSOB Group's 2019 social-responsibility activities across employee inclusion, environmental management and regional philanthropy. It reports 7,188 employees at year-end and a reduction in waste production from 901 tonnes in 2018 to 769 tonnes in 2019. Through its regional program, more than czk 8.1 mio was distributed among 113 nonprofit organisations, alongside extensive volunteering and community-support initiatives.
