Social Responsibility and Sustainability Report

The report presents the ČSOB Group's 2021 sustainability and social-responsibility activities, including a reported 76.2% reduction in carbon footprint compared with 2015 and the intention to reach carbon neutrality by 2040. The company reports 7,343 employees, including 4,410 women, alongside diversity and family-support programs. It also donated CZK 42.5m to philanthropic and socially responsible activities and provided green loans compliant with the EU Taxonomy.
