Sustainability Report

Overview

The report describes CEWE's 2018 sustainability performance across climate, energy, materials, waste, employees and social commitment. It reports gross Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions totaling 22,593 t CO2e, alongside 152.9 TJ of energy demand and 14,209 t of waste. Year-end employment was 4,154 across Europe. CEWE reports in accordance with the GRI Standards Core option, participates in CDP and states that its climate goals were recognised by the Science Based Targets Initiative. The sustainability information marked in the report was subject to limited assurance by BDO AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft.
